Natural materials, imperfection, corrosion and different from piece to piece are terms that best describe this kimono. The kimono and trousers are made of 100% cotton and have been refined with a certain plant dyeing technique. The refinement results in individual and unique surface structures. Thus, this kimono is an absolute eye-catcher, suitable for at home, in everyday life, at festivals or even on vacation.
The materials were recycled from cotton fabrics that were no longer used to breathe new life into them. The pure cotton feels pleasant and light on the skin. Due to the pure use of plant color, the kimono is very allergy-friendly. The plants used for coloring come mainly from the Leipzig region.
For the care of the handmade kimonos, a hand wash is recommended. This guarantees that the materials are spared, the color more bright and the entire kimono has a longer service life.
